Join Us for Our Next Monthly Luncheon

Chamber monthly general membership and guest luncheon meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month, except for February (the month we have our annual dinner). They are held at 12:00 p.m. at the Carterville Community Center at 120 N. Greenbriar Road on the west side of Cannon Park in Carterville.

Member luncheon fees are $15 and non-member lunch fees are $20. Reminder announcements are sent prior to the luncheon meeting and attendees are encouraged to register online via the Chamber website.  They should additionally email or call the chamber office to RSVP so we have a correct headcount for the caterer. The luncheons are catered by a local food service provider who is a chamber member.

There is opportunity for a local business to sponsor each luncheon. The sponsor is allowed to greet attendees at the door, hand out informational materials or place them on each table, and speak for approximately five minutes.

There is always an informative main speaker who provides a 20-30 minute presentation followed by a question/answer period.

The meeting also includes new member and visitor opportunity to introduce themselves and brief community and chamber reports, some raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing.

The luncheon meetings provide the best experience in person, but we also try to share the meeting portion on Facebook live on the Carterville Chamber Facebook page. It usually will begin about 12:15 p.m.
