Carterville Chamber Business Spotlight for Monday, June 3, 2019 - Fellowship in Christ Christian Church
The Carterville Chamber Business Spotlight of the Week is Fellowship in Christ Christian Church.
Fellowship in Christ Christian Church (FICCC) was established in 1985 and moved to its current location at 1204 Pin Oak Drive in Carterville in 1997. FICCC is an independent evangelical church committed to loving God, loving others, and making disciples of Jesus Christ. Dr. T. J. Gentry is FICCC's senior minister. A Carterville native, prior to coming to FICCC in 2011 he ministered in various churches around the country and served as an Army Chaplain. FICCC's ministry opportunities include Sunday Bible Study at 9:30a, Refreshments at 10a, and Worship at 10:30a. Messages each week are biblically-based and practical to life's relevant issues. Wednesday opportunities include Prayer and Bible Study at 7p. During all gatherings a nursery and children's ministry are provided. FICCC also has a thriving women's ministry, men's fellowship breakfast, youth martial arts program (during the school year), ministry training academy, and a Christian counseling program that offers counsel and trains lay Christian counselors.
