Southern Roots Photography is located in downtown Carterville at 111 Jersey Street. Owner Kristin LaBotte specializes in capturing children by keeping them engaged during their session. Southern Roots just recently opened a brand new studio in June that is specifically equipped for newborns through 6 years old!

Kristin's love for photography started way before her career. She worked all through high school at the JC Penney portrait studio. Photography became her full time career in 2010.
