Karen Cripps is our Health Insurance, Medicare Options and Life Insurance Specialist and attends Carterville Chamber meetings.

Karen has been with Insurance House since 2012. She is considered to be an expert in her field. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Social Service Administration with an emphasis on geriatrics from the University of Chicago. After spending nearly 15 years providing geriatric services throughout the state, Karen’s focus area and passion became Medicare and Health Insurance products. 

Given her background in healthcare and with seniors, Karen fosters excellent relationships with her clients and is able to utilize her knowledge and contacts in the community to assist them with accessing other programs and services as needed. Karen is more than just an insurance agent, she is a trusted advisor whose skills can often help people with more than just their insurance needs.
